“A few more tweaks” can contain a new concept, an added stakeholder or a third design round. A useful response identifies what is being requested and which part of the original allowance it belongs to.

[ ] Check how a review round was originally defined.
[ ] Distinguish a correction from a new request.
[ ] Name the next deliverable and review owner.
[ ] Save the price and client decision.
