A smaller, well-maintained register is more useful than a long list nobody trusts. Begin with the fields that support a review, then add the context needed to make a decision.

[ ] Use consistent, recognizable subscription names.
[ ] Check the amount and billing cycle together.
[ ] Add a next renewal, notice period and owner.
[ ] Preview CSV rows and remove duplicates before import.
[ ] Check saved records against the original source.
