How do I connect an agent?

Open Agent connections to issue a key, optionally limited to one task. Follow the agent setup guide. Agents can also enroll by API. Restore the owner recovery key here to manage billing, export agent tasks, or revoke access. Agent keys cannot replace owner keys. Deleting the workspace removes all its agent tasks and keys.

How do I bring a chat in?

Copy the relevant messages from your AI tool and paste them into the conversation box. Include both your messages and the assistant’s replies where useful. Threadkeep does not connect to or read your AI accounts.

How do I continue somewhere else?

Review and edit the pack, then choose Copy for next chat. Open your preferred AI tool and paste it into a new conversation. The links here open each tool; they do not automatically transfer data.

How do updates work?

Open a saved project and paste the latest conversation. Threadkeep combines it with the existing pack, preserves still-valid decisions, and raises unresolved conflicts. Save manual edits before asking for an AI update.

Can I use another device?

Save the workspace recovery key from Workspace, then choose Restore on your other device. Keep it secret. A project URL alone does not grant access.

What does evidence mean?

Quoted excerpts are checked against the submitted text. They help you review the AI’s interpretation, but a matching quote does not guarantee the interpretation is correct. Evidence reflects the last AI version; manual edits are your own.
