The service

Threadkeep turns conversations into editable project context. AI can make mistakes or omit details. Review the result before relying on it. You retain your rights to your input and output, subject to any third-party rights.

Free and Pro

Free workspaces include 3 completed AI updates in total and up to 3 projects. Pro costs US$12 per month and includes 100 completed AI updates per calendar month (UTC) and up to 100 projects. Updates do not roll over. An individual conversation is limited to 24,000 characters. Manual editing and export do not use AI updates. Rate limits and beta capacity limits apply.

Agent allowances

Free includes 3 agent tasks and 100 checkpoint writes per UTC calendar month. Pro includes 100 agent tasks and 10,000 writes per UTC calendar month. These are separate from AI updates and conversation projects. Reads and identical retries do not consume writes. Both plans include 10 active agent keys, 60 requests per minute per workspace, and up to 24,000 UTF-8 bytes of stored JSON state per task. Other beta capacity limits are published in the agent guide. No automatic upgrade or overage charges apply. Agent tools cannot subscribe.

Renewal and cancellation

Pro renews monthly until canceled. Cancel in Workspace → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Existing packs stay readable and exportable after cancellation. Subscription payments are generally nonrefundable except where law requires otherwise or support approves a refund for a service problem.

Access and responsible use

Protect your workspace recovery key. Do not share it publicly, bypass usage limits, interfere with the service, or submit content you are not authorized to process. We may suspend misuse. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or a particular result; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
