A few useful answers.
Does it find or verify suppliers?
No. You bring the quotes and assess fit yourself. Quotefinch compares your inputs and does not recommend a supplier independently.
Can I choose a different quote than the top score?
Yes. Select any supplier and explain your decision. The brief preserves both your choice and the comparison.
Is the cost a binding quote?
No. It is an estimate calculated from your entries. Confirm all fees, taxes, contract terms and scope directly with the supplier.
How do I keep my work?
Choose “Save on this device” for a 30-day browser copy, then “Load device copy” when you return. Download an editable backup for longer storage or another device. Saving is manual.
Can I recover a deleted plan?
Use Undo for the most recent change in the current session, or import a downloaded backup. There is no server copy to recover after a device copy and all backups are deleted.
My import failed. Is my plan gone?
No. Invalid files do not replace the current plan. Import a JSON backup exported by this same product; CSV exports are reports and cannot be imported.
Will it send anything for me?
No. Orders, team notifications and supplier messages remain your decision. Download and review the output, then use your normal workflow.
