Does DueSparrow send reminders?
No. It prepares a draft for you to review and download. Send it from your mailbox, then record the contact and any agreed next date.
How do I record a partial payment?
Check the receipt in your accounting system. Add the dated payment and reference in the invoice’s payment view. The opening balance plus active ledger entries must match recorded payments.
Why is a reminder unavailable?
An invoice with no outstanding balance, a current payment promise or a dispute is not ready for an ordinary reminder. Review the reason and the next action shown.
What happens when a payment is corrected?
Reverse the entry with a reason so the original receipt remains in the history. The balance and any installment allocation are recalculated from the remaining active entries.
How do I try the free tool?
Open the free tool and enter your own details. You can edit it, download it as a document or text, and optionally keep a device copy for seven days.
How do I save my work to an account?
Choose Keep draft & go to my account. Request access and verify your email. Once signed in, check the account email shown and choose to save the draft there. For a different device, download a draft file and load it there.
Where is my access email?
Requests are checked hourly, with delivery subject to mailbox availability. Check spam and look for a message identifying Interesting Concepts LLC from info@newrenaissanceartadvisory.com, our shared assisted-access mailbox. If you need help, contact that mailbox with your request reference. Never forward a private access link.
How do I recover my password?
Use the password-recovery option on the account access screen. A private verification link lets you choose your own password. We never ask you to send your password by email.
How can I export or delete my data?
Use the workspace’s register and record downloads for exports. Archiving moves a record out of your active list and is reversible; it is not account deletion. Contact support for a deletion request.
Where do I manage billing?
Sign in and open Account & billing. It contains the subscription checkout and the billing portal for an existing subscription. Review the amount and recurring terms before paying.
