01

Review pending client decisions

Start with proposed changes. For each, identify whether you are waiting on a response, need to revise the quote, or should pause the added work. If a response arrived after a quote changed, review the discrepancy before applying it.

02

Look for invisible additions

Compare the recent task list and client conversations with the baseline. A request should not disappear into the delivery plan simply because it was easy to type in a message. Resolve genuine ambiguity with the client.

03

Update delivery economics

Check the time log, remaining hours and other entered costs. Investigate a changed forecast rather than treating the number as a verdict. The reason may be rework, an input delay, an unpriced addition or an incomplete estimate.

04

Finish with a short decision record

Choose the next person to contact and the next decision needed. Update the project, save it and export a record when the project folder needs a current copy. Reusable structures can carry the better questions into the next project without copying client history.
