Ask at the level the project needs
A single “send all copy” request hides the missing pages. Use questions that map to the agreed structure. For a small site, that might be one answer or file link for each main page and one named person consolidating changes.
Separate arrival from readiness
Keep an answer unreviewed while you check that the content is complete and approved for the intended use. A draft with internal comments or conflicting versions may be received without being ready for delivery.
Follow up on the missing items
Use the outstanding-input view to prepare a focused request. Ask for the missing answer, identify its owner and explain which next step depends on it. Review the text before sending from your mailbox; Gather does not send automatic reminders.
Preserve the review decision
Apply the chosen answer and mark it reviewed when the check is complete. A changed answer needs another look. Keep the project’s content responsibility explicit so the launch room does not become an unowned archive of links.
A working checklist
Check items as you work. Your ticks stay on this page and reset when you leave.
