HEADSUP / YOUR DATA0307

Know where your work lives.

An explanation of what stays in your browser, what is saved to your HeadsUp account and what happens when you choose to share.

01 / IN YOUR BROWSER

Create a result.

Starter inputs stay in the browser while you work. Choosing to keep a draft stores a device copy for seven days. Expired copies are removed on your next visit.

Anyone using that browser profile can open a kept draft. Downloaded files remain until you delete them.
02 / IN YOUR ACCOUNT

Save it deliberately.

Verify your email, sign in and explicitly save the draft to the account shown. Saved records are associated with that signed-in owner.

Demo edits stay in the tab’s session storage. They are not published to a client by using the demo.
03 / IN A SHARED COPY

Review before sharing.

Downloaded documents and drafts are copies you control. Review the content and intended recipient before sending them outside the workspace.

This product does not send your follow-up messages or make changes with a vendor.
THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

Accounts, providers and your choices.

Verification and access

New account access and password recovery use a private, email-bound verification link. Interesting Concepts sends requested access messages from its shared assisted-access mailbox. You verify your email and choose your own password. An access request does not start a paid subscription or add you to a marketing list.

Services that process information

Supabase provides account authentication and database storage. Stripe processes subscriptions and payment details; Interesting Concepts does not store full card numbers. The connected Google mailbox is used for requested assisted-access messages. See the privacy notice for the account-request fields and retention periods.

Entered data and working copies

Subscription amounts, usage and dates are entered by you. The product does not discover subscriptions from your bank or change a vendor account. Calendar exports and review briefs are snapshots; re-export after changing a record.

Exports, archiving and deletion

You can download records and register exports. Archiving is reversible and moves a record out of the active list. For account deletion or a data-access request, contact support. Existing records remain available to view and export after trial expiry; billing records may have separate retention requirements described in the privacy notice.

Choose what belongs here

Use the minimum information needed for the work. Keep passwords, card numbers and highly sensitive personal records out of project notes, client answers and support messages. Use platform invitations for account access and verify permissions in the service that hosts a file.
