01

Repair gaps before interpreting totals

Open the subscription register and check records missing an owner or a date. Confirm whether each amount represents a monthly charge or an annual one. A forecast based on an incorrect cycle can look precise while being wrong. Resolve uncertain records with the plan owner before relying on the total.

02

Review the next decision window

Use the 30, 60 or 90-day view to see which notice deadlines are approaching. Give missed deadlines their own attention: check the current position with the vendor and decide what is still possible. Do not assume a missed notice window means a cancellation request will be accepted.

03

Look at charges and usage together

Read the twelve-month forecast alongside seat reviews and the actual work each tool supports. The forecast repeats entered charges on the recorded billing cycle; it is a planning view, not a bank feed. Investigate a large upcoming charge or an overlapping tool before choosing a reduction.

  • A near-term notice deadline
  • A large entered charge with an unclear owner
  • A plan whose usage needs a fresh review
04

Leave a short decision list

Save the options under consideration and the person responsible for each next action. Record confirmed outcomes separately. Export the register or a review brief when you need a portable copy for the discussion, and return to the workspace to update what actually happened.
